During his dissertation Joseph Lopez was a PhD candidate at The University of Texas at Austin, where he studied in the ACTLab under the guidance of Professor Allucquere Rosanne Stone.
Currently he is a Professor at the University of Incarnate Word where he runs their Convergent Media Program. His work spans a variety of disciplines across multiple fields of studies, however, his true passion is exploring new ways of thinking, creation, and practice.
